Thistle and Pear is a boutique that features hand crafted items made by survivors of human trafficking and domestic abuse. Items are made by residents of Holos Hope as well as 4 other countries. Thistle and Pear also is an upscale consignment store. It features clothing, shoes, and accesories from places such as Nordstrom, Anthropologie, Lululemon, LOFT, J Crew, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Boutiques, and more. While most are in excellent used condition, many items are new with tags.

Residents are able to work at Thistle and Pear making items to sell and in the boutique in various ways. This provides a safe work environment for residents, allows them to integrate into the community, and learn different skills, trades, and arts to sell.
